Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
• Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost
packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for
additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Go 2 Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
• If this happens, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify us so we can
assist.
