Return Policy

At Go 2 Threads, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re
here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags
attached.

• Sale items, undergarments, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

1. Email contactus@go2threads.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or
rejection.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we
can make it right.
